**Qualifications**
- Previous cleaning experience in Office and Production area is an asset.
- Require a high school diploma.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Vacuum, mop, scrub or sweep the floors of the building.
- Collect and remove the trash.
- Control, manage and complete all tasks associated with each assigned areas
- Operate the dishwashing machine, keeping the floor and tables clean, as well as organizing the lunch room space.
- Clean, maintain, or service restrooms.
- Follow safety precautions while using power tools and chemical cleansers to protect flooring and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass dividers, or mirrors.
- Inform managers when significant upgrades or repairs to the building's operating systems are required.
- Request materials or machinery required for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Dust any furniture, walls, tools, or machinery.
- Move bulky supplies, equipment, or furniture by hand or with trucks.
- Use snowplows, snowblowers, shovels, or chemicals to spread snow-melting agents to remove snow off sidewalks, driveways, or parking places.
- Using mowers, hand or power trimmers, trim grass or shrubbery, and clean up any debris from the area.
- set up or organize, tables, seats to ready spaces for meetings or other occasions
- Other duties as assigned
