**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any guest needs.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions securely.
- Cleaning and laundry duties as required.
**Skills**
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong phone etiquette to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest services is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
