**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, utilizing multi-line phone systems to assist guests promptly.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and answer any inquiries guests may have regarding their stay.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining guest confidentiality.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing supplies and keeping records updated.
- Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate billing information for all guests.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Must be available Sunday-Friday 3pm-11pm. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
