JMJ TOP EXPERTS is one of the largest custom stone and solid surface manufacturers and supplier in Western Canada specializes in the fabrication and installation of beautiful Nature stone, Engineered quartz, Tile, and Porcelain products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team. As an sale team member you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales Representative for all stone countertop surfaces and cabinet and tile, responsible to grow and maintain business with Retail and commercial customers, Designers, Architects, Kitchen Manufactures and Builders.
Summary of essential job functions.
- Generate new businesses and cultivate new client accounts by calling on builders, architects, interior designers and kitchen and bathroom designers.
- Grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare, quote, and present countertop quotations and maintain liaison with Builders, architects, Designers, Kitchen and bath customers
- Generate sales from customers' specifications for both commercial and residential projects.
- Consistently meet and/or exceed monthly sales target.
- Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory
- Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel is able to present product and negotiate well with consumers
- Understand our products, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors
- Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
- Understand retail business financials to consult with dealers on retail pricing, advertising, promotions and ROI.
- Quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales contracts for customer orders
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules.
- Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers
- Utilize any and all marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product
- Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information
- Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits
**Requirements**:
- Has sales Experience in the Stone / Tile/Cabinet/Flooring industry a must
- Has sales and quotation experience in Interior Design for Construction Business
**Other Requirements**
- Valid driving license
- Computer proficiency
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $46,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
