As a** Account Executive for NonProfit** at Tipalti you will play a vital role in our dynamic sales team selling our SaaS Fintech solution. Your primary focus will be achieving revenue targets through outbound sales activity and inbound leads generated through the collaborative efforts of our exceptional SDRs, Marketing, and Alliance partners. To empower your success, we heavily invest in our sales organization, providing you with a state-of-the-art technology stack. Leveraging tools such as SalesForce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Clari, you will engage prospects effectively. The role will be responsible for building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. This position demands a proactive, results-driven approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products or services. **In this role, you will be responsible for**: - Own the sales cycle - from the prospecting stage to deal close - Consistently achieve and exceed quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met - Strong understanding of the Tipalti product value and ability to communicate the business impact of our product offerings to key decision makers - Manage the sourcing of new opportunities by meeting activity metrics - Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are meet **About you** - Minimum 2+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS software and related technology industry - Proven ability to drive and close sales deals, with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. - Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and client loyalty. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to achieve overall business objectives. - Ability to qualify inbound leads or outbound prospect target prospect accounts. - Ability to use automated technology to run their own demo. **Our benefits package includes**: - Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - Competitive salary plus company shares - RRSP Matching - Extended benefits, Employee Assistance Program, life insurance, AD&D, LTD - 3 weeks of paid vacation - Free lunch on office days - Fresh fruit, snacks & drinks in office - Phone/internet allowance - Regular company-wide social events - Multiple ERG groups celebrating our diversity and creating an inclusive culture - The annual compensation range for this role is $160,000 _- $190,000 CAD The _range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role.
