You will be given the coaching and guidance to succeed and excel at your work by team leads and others that are highly skilled. Documentation, videos, and a hands-on training approach will be provided.

**What your day will look like**:

- Develop new and update existing appliance images
- Implement new image features and options to meet customer requests
- Improve image security, reliablitly, and usability
- Testing and documentation of all image related changes
- Provide appliance related support to various teams
- Communicate with contract manufacturers as need to provide guidance
- Maintain virtual infrastructures and envrionments (Vmware, Hyper-V, Azure)
- Prepare and configure equipment with specific configurations
- Monitoring of the lab equipment and deployed systems

**About you**:

- Excellent knowledge and experience with Powershell scripting
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all Windows operating systems, image manipulation (inject drivers, group policy management), configurations (registry, services), and imaging practices (sysprep, generalizing)
- Excellent knowledge of networking principles and the IP protocol
- Experience with PC/Server configuration and troubleshooting with the Windows operating system
- Experience with virtualized enviroments (Hyper-V, Vmware, Azure)
- College, technical diploma or certification in IT or electronics or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience in IT, help desk, tech support environment
- Must be functional in English and French

**Great if you have**:

- CCNA, MCP, VCP or other technical professional certification
- Knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems
- Knowledge and experience with Acronis and other imaging tools
- Knowledge and experience with TFS, and GIT
