Responsibilities & Skills:
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and maintain O365 admin center to ensure efficient user management, access control, and license management.
- Administer Active Directory, including user management, security groups, organizational units, and group policy objects.
- Configure and manage Group Policy to enforce security policies, software deployments, and system configurations across the network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Monitor system logs and conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any security vulnerabilities or performance issues.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
- Willingness to work outside of business hours during a business impacting emergency or when deadlines need to be met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to IT systems administration and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Provide advance level support, both on-site and remotely when needed regarding hardware, software, IP Phones, Printers/Copiers and video conferencing.
- Documenting all aspects of work performed in the ServiceNow ticketing system
- PC Image and setup computers.
- Provide basic technical onboarding for new hires.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
- Be well organized and highly efficient when managing your work.
- Work within tight timelines with awareness of impacts on the organization and resolve problems in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of Systems Administrator experience or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with O365, O365 admin center, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Teams, and VOIP phone systems.
- Understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other related technologies.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other similar ticketing tool.
- Working knowledge of MS Intune to configure settings/policies, administer and troubleshoot devices (windows, iOS, Android).
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Active Directory/GPO/2FA/PowerShell - automation scripts.
- Working knowledge of video conferencing technology (Teams, Zoom) to provide support in conference rooms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and be a “self-starter”.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
