**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious **Business Development Representative** to join our team and spearhead new contract acquisition. In this role, you'll identify, pursue, and secure cleaning service contracts in target industries. If you have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify leads in the commercial, multi-residential, and entertainment sectors
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Present our service offerings and develop customized cleaning proposals
- Negotiate and close service contracts with property managers, building owners, and facility directors
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless handoff of new contracts

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development (facility services experience a plus)
- Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

**What We Offer**:

- $24,000 base salary plus generous commission structure

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:
