Door to Door Sales Representative- Window Cleaning

**Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Door-to-Door Sales Representative** to join our growing window cleaning business. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with homeowners and businesses in their neighbourhoods to introduce our professional window cleaning services. Your mission will be to build trust, highlight the value of our service, and close new customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote our professional window cleaning services to residential and commercial prospects.
- Build rapport with potential customers and communicate the benefits of clean, streak-free windows and routine service.
- Identify customer needs (e.g., one-time cleanings, recurring service, hard-to-reach windows) and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and confidently close sales on the spot.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction, upsell future services, and secure repeat business.
- Work closely with the operations and service team to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns, competitor activities, and local market trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence to approach and engage with people face-to-face.
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections in a friendly, professional manner.
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, home services, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track progress.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Basic knowledge of window cleaning benefits or home maintenance is an asset (training provided).

**Compensation**:
This position is **commission-based**, offering **uncapped earning potential** for high-performing individuals. You will earn a competitive percentage on each closed sale, with additional bonuses available based on performance milestones and customer retention.
