This Role Is for You If You: Provide excellent customer service and relationship management Have strong attention to detail and follow a proven process Know how to manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively Are comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Are dependable, punctual, and committed to professionalism Are flexible with scheduling, including some weekends Enjoy working with customers in person, helping guide them through product options and project details We'll equip you with a steady pipeline of customer leads, a company vehicle, strong mentorship, and thorough training to help you excel in a culture that genuinely values its people. What You'll Do Consistently meet or exceed company goals, performance standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Meet with customers to understand project needs and guide them through window and door solutions Manage projects from initial consultation through installation completion Maintain accurate records and timely updates in the CRM system Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and communication between internal teams and customers Ensure customers receive five-star service at every stage of the process Proven ability to close deals across short and long sales cycles Resolve issues with professionalism, care, and strong problem-solving skills Travel to customer locations daily (up to 100% of work time) Requirements Live within the local area or be willing to relocate Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract Excellent interpersonal communication with a diplomatic, positive, and energetic attitude Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work Why Work With Us Company vehicle provided Reliable, steady stream of qualified customer leads Comprehensive training and mentorship Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Supportive, team-driven environment A respected, expanding brand with a strong reputation across Alberta Salary Range Highly competitive salary - to be discussed at final interview stage.
