What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t your average sales gig. You’ll be out in the field, walking through vibrant neighborhoods, chatting with homeowners, and offering a clear solution to brighten up their homes—literally.

Your Main Responsibilities:

- **Door-to-Door Outreach**: Visit local neighborhoods and introduce our professional window cleaning services to homeowners.
- **Start Conversations, Build Trust**: Make strong first impressions, build connections, and turn curious neighbors into happy customers.
- **Pitch & Close**: Confidently explain the value of our services and close deals on the spot.
- **Stay Organized**: Log your leads, appointments, and client feedback with accuracy.
- **Be a Brand Ambassador**: Represent AllClean Solutions with professionalism and positivity.
- **Team Up for Success**: Collaborate with our crew to hit targets and share success strategies.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

- Have some sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, but not required—we train the right people)
- Communicate easily and know how to keep a conversation flowing
- Love working independently and enjoy being outdoors
- Are goal-oriented and bounce back easily from rejection
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Are flexible with your schedule and can work afternoons/evenings or weekends
- Are driven to earn what you’re worth—we offer **uncapped commissions**
