**Inside Sales Representative & Shipper / Receiver**

**About Us**
We are a wholesale distributor to kitchen cabinet manufacturers and are located in Abbotsford, BC. We have long time customers derived from friendly relationships and a record of excellence in customer service. We are a family run business that enjoys a friendly and relaxed workplace atmosphere.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Check inventory for product availability, provide delivery dates and pricing to customers
- Assist customers with product choices and provide technical support as needed
- Resolve product or service problems
- Take payments, process adjustments and maintain customer accounts
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Assist in day-to-day administration duties such as stock entry, transfers, organizing samples, general housekeeping, vendor and freight claims, etc.
- Pick, assemble and ship orders
- Receive and stock incoming shipments
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
- Applicants must have computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized.
- Customer service and shipping / receiving experience.
- Experience operating a forklift
- Experience using Sage, Gmail, Microsoft Excel & Word.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00-4:30pm and closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$62,400.00 per year
