Key elements of this role include:
We’ll treat you as one of our own and your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Support the development of program procedures and support materials related to Nova Scotia Power’s Customer Renewable programs.
- Conduct research and gather data to inform decision making and program design.
- Collaborate with other departments to support program development success.
- Assist as needed in various projects including supporting customers, community events, and data analysis.
- Other duties as required as we continue to strengthen our service offerings.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills, is client/customer focused, working well in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and data processing skills are required in addition to a strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
