**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Sanitation to optimize operations.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance metrics for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for tracking production metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
