Job Title: Human Resources Assistant (CSJ Title: HR Assistant)

Contract Term: 8-week term (Canada Summer Jobs Grant contract)

Hourly Rate: $ 16.50

Start Date: July 7 at the latest

End Date: August 31, 2025

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Heritage Park is Canada's largest living history museum and offers visitors a chance to experience life in Western Canada from the 1860s to the early 1950s. Job Overview:
This position will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture (Human Resources) department by completing administrative functions that support HRIS systems management, talent acquisition, employee engagement and other HR programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with training sessions and benefits enrollment.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Required Qualifications:

- Must meet the Canada Summer Jobs eligibility criteria.
- Education in Business Administration or Human Resources is an asset.
- Experience in an administrative role or HR Assistant role is an asset.
