We are made up of two legal charitable entities: MakeWay Charitable Society, a shared platform home to over 65 innovative community-led projects staffed by 150 change makers; and MakeWay Foundation where about 70 people are advancing place-based programs that support Indigenous-led solutions and conservation in the North, Pacific, Manitoba, and beyond via grant-making, funder collaboratives and other tools. **What You’ll Do**:

- Create user guides and provide end user training as required.
- Support the onboarding of new staff.
- Lead and provide day-to-day tier1 and tier2 support to triage, prioritize, and resolve support incidents.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide business support for the IS department with assistance in purchasing, expenses, invoice management, and logistics for the Vancouver office.
- Inventory management of IS equipment in the Vancouver office.
- Support the implementation planning and execution of solutions.
- Assist with technical/configuration work on third party product solutions when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with others.
- Basic understanding of Information Technology security best practices and able to follow policies established by the IS team.

**Experience You Bring**:

- 1-2 years’ of industry experience in a related field (i.e. Business or Information Technology).
- 1-2 years' experience creating user guides.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and management, using a variety of techniques.
- Proficient Business Analysis skills, including user test case preparation and management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decompose more complex problems and/or processes into logical parts.
- Experience acting in the role of a Project Coordinator for small projects using predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) methodologies.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**It Would be a Bonus if You Have**:

- Prior experience with finance systems (Netsuite, Concur, Sage).
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (i.e. Business or Information Technology)
- Netsuite certification.
- Prior experience with Box and Smartsheet.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a non-profit.
- Experience working with automation testing tools and writing automation testing scripts.

- Three weeks’ vacation plus statutory holidays. MakeWay has implemented a Substitution Statutory Holiday policy which allows employees the flexibility to substitute another day for a statutory holiday. In addition, the MakeWay office is closed annually for a winter holiday break.
