**Property Maintenance/Groundskeeper**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Property Maintenance/Groundskeeper to maintain two family properties in the Mount Royal area, ensuring properties remain clean, safe, and in good repair. We require the individual to work approximately 40 hours per week and must be able to handle and maintain power tools of the trade. This person will be responsible for the completion of minor maintenance projects on the property and supervise contractors and service providers who are dispatched to the properties. Experience with lawn and yard maintenance, carpentry and/or mechanical skills is highly regarded.

This person must possess solid communication skills and a reliable vehicle to support two properties. Knowledge of plants, fertilizers and growing conditions is an asset. Required to have the physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor tasks in variable weather conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance of grounds, including minor repairs, equipment maintenance and hardscape maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain outdoor equipment, tools, and facilities.
- Monitoring conditions of plants and work with Landscaping company to water, fertilize and weed gardens to ensure vibrant and healthy plants.
- Remove debris, trash, and fallen leaves to maintain cleanliness.
- Support seasonal tasks, such as snow removal or preparing garden beds.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in landscaping, home care, or related fields is required.
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety standards and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
