About the job

- Support Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax claim

- Keep track of the financial reporting and identifying potential financial risks

- Assist with the preparation of monthly expense forecast and yearly budget

- Be familiar with the companies policies, communicate and coordinate internal and external inquiries/requests

- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and note taking

- Other duties as required or assigned

About the ideal candidate

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

- Strong communication and time-management skills

- Self-directed and able to effectively work both independently and as part of a team

- Highly motivated, detail orientated individual with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines within a high demand environment

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI etc.)
