**What is the opportunity?**

The primary role of the Marketing and Production Coordinator is to support the editorial and marketing team in the production and promotion of webinar, conference, and professional learning program materials.

**What will you do?**
- Format and finalize draft material for all webinars, conferences, professional learning programs.
- Format and finalize supplementary material for all events such as speaker biographies and panel scenarios.
- Organize all supplementary material for conferences and professional learning programs.
- Preparing digital files for distribution to webinar and conference attendees.
- Finalizes drafts with the Program Lawyers and Editorial Administrators by implementing changes to related case material.
- Obtain copyright permissions from third parties for reproduction of content in conference materials.
- Assists Editorial department with proofreading eAlerts when required.
- Starting and monitoring webinars and virtual events.
- Creating internal schedules for virtual events.
- Other work as assigned.

**What do I need to succeed?**

To be successful in this role, you will have a clear understanding of the company’s main business drivers, and work closely with editorial team to produce materials. You must be an exemplary attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task several projects at one time.

**Must Haves**:

- 2 years of professional relevant experience
- Bachelor of Arts
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency with HTML
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be highly organized
- Ability to multi-task several projects at once
- Deadline oriented
- Collaborative, team player

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of InDesign
- Experience with marketing platforms
- Publishing experience
- Proofreading experience

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
