Morris Marketing Group Inc. is a leader in referral marketing for the North American Real Estate Industry.

The primary focus of this role is to act as a liaison between our clients who wish to customize printed materials and our internal art department, to mark-up, proofread and get clients approval of their newsletters.

Key Responsibilities of an Artwork Production Coordinator include:

- Gathering ambiguous information from clients and effectively transmitting instructions to the art
- department using layout and mark up techniques.
- Coordinating copy changes and artwork.
- Create rough layouts for artists.
- Proofreading.
- Approving newsletters for printing.
- Assisting the art department with making changes to client’s artwork.
- Other administrative duties assigned.

Qualifications of an Artwork Production Coordinator:

- Rough layouts and mark up ability.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Detail oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
- Works well independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues whenever possible.

Requirements of an Artwork Production Coordinator
- Post-secondary education in graphic arts or publishing fields.
- Previous experience as a production artist an asset.
- Minimum 3 years related experience and working knowledge of the printing industry.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
