**Territoire**: Montréal et environs, segment des grandes surfaces

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Maximiser le volume et les revenus dans un territoire défini.
- Encadrer et diriger une équipe de professionnels des ventes dans l’exécution des ventes et des étalages, la gestion efficace des commandes et la mise en œuvre des normes de marchandisage (en partie sur la route).
- Entretenir de solides relations de travail avec les clients dans la région.
- Déployer des initiatives et des promotions dans le marché local et national afin de développer la marque et de maximiser sa performance.
- Diriger efficacement les opérations générales de l’entrepôt en assurant la disponibilité uniforme des produits, la productivité de l’entrepôt, la prise de l’inventaire, la préservation et la fiabilité de l’équipement, ainsi que l’exécution des initiatives de réduction des coûts.
- Faire en sorte que l’équipe atteigne les objectifs en matière de volume et de revenus, tout en gérant les coûts.

Qualifications (Secondary Language):

- Baccalauréat
- Expérience dans le domaine des ventes
- Bilinguisme obligatoire (français et anglais)
- Expérience dans le secteur des biens de consommation un atout
- Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en vente directe
- Expérience en gestion de personnel, de préférence dans un environnement de vente
- Habiletés analytiques et organisationnelles éprouvées
- Compétences informatiques éprouvées
- Excellentes habiletés de présentation orale requises
- Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible
- Permis de conduire valide et véhicule personnel
- Double-vaccination avec preuve à l’appui
