As a District Manager with Prohibition, you will be responsible for creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers. By upholding our brand standards and supervising the daily operations of multiple locations.

You will lead a team of managers and sales associates, developing their progress with positive coaching, supervision, training, and evaluations.

You will be responsible for the retail operations of your territory. More specifically, you will strive to exceed all financial goals, productivity targets, and operational standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Liaising with managers, supply chain, and upper management
- Prepare and submit performance reports and audit reports
- Hire and train new franchisees and their managers
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Uphold sales standards
- Increase efficiency and profitability of stores in your territory
- Variety of administrative tasks
- New store openings

Required skills:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Be effective in building and sustaining relationships with staff and customers
- Good business ethics
- Organized and able to multitask
- Be self-driven and result-orientated with a positive outlook
- Exceptional customer comprehensive skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be bilingual: written and verbal

En tant que Directeur de territoire chez Prohibition, vous serez chargé de créer l'expérience d'achat ultime pour nos clients. En faisant respecter les normes de notre marque et en supervisant les opérations quotidiennes de plusieurs sites.

Vous dirigerez une équipe de gestionnaires et d'associés de vente, en développant leur progrès par un encadrement, une supervision, une formation et des évaluations positives.

Vous serez responsable des opérations de vente au détail de votre territoire. Plus précisément, vous vous efforcerez de dépasser tous les objectifs financiers, les objectifs de productivité et les normes opérationnelles.

Responsabilités:

- Contrôler la productivité des employés et fournir des commentaires constructifs et un mentorat
- Recevoir les plaintes et résoudre les problèmes
- Assurer la liaison avec les gestionnaires, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et la haute direction
- Préparer et soumettre des rapports de performance et des rapports d'audit
- Former les nouveaux franchisés
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures légales et de l'entreprise et prendre des mesures disciplinaires si nécessaire
- Remplacer le manager ou le personnel en magasin, si nécessaire
- Respecter les normes de vente
- Augmenter l'efficacité et la rentabilité des magasins de votre territoire
- Diverses tâches administratives
- Ouverture de nouveaux magasins

Compétences requises:

- Expérience confirmée en tant que superviseur ou rôle pertinent
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'organisation et de leadership
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office
- Être efficace dans l'établissement et le maintien de relations avec le personnel et les clients
- Bonne éthique commerciale
- Organisé et capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front
- Être autonome et axé sur les résultats avec une perspective positive
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de relations avec la clientèle
- Avoir le sens du détail

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
