**The Role**:
The Gatorade Field Sales Leader contributes to the success of Gatorade DWD (Direct Warehouse Delivery) by enabling their team to execute exceptional sales & customer service, selling the world’s best-known brands This leadership role provides the opportunity to coach and develop a team of sales representatives and empower them to win in the Marketplace. Through flawless activation of Gatorade DWD initiatives, the Gatorade Field Sales Leader consistently ensures their team has all the necessary tools for continued success

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing customer relationships to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and service targets
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals on selling, service, and display execution
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure the team delivers share and revenue results while managing costs

Qualifications:

- **Bilingualism (English/French) required**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous consumer packaged goods experience
- 2 years minimum fact-based direct selling experience
- Previous people leadership, preferably in a sales environment
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Solid oral presentation skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
