**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Utilize SAP and other systems to track inventory levels, manage orders, and streamline supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the fabrication of products and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee vendor management activities, including performance evaluations and relationship building.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Assist in the development of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a supply chain or procurement environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor management.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
