**Your days will include**:

- Keeping track of all units and assign unit numbers (under all company names)
- Identifying units in light vehicle fleet that need replacing or shifting duties
- Sending out request for tender or quotes for appropriate vehicles with required equipment installed
- Leasing vehicles, either working with dealership or arranging a purchase and lease through a third-party leasing company
- Tracking leases in fleet, ensuring units can be returned at least cost and on time or bought out
- Ensuring replacement vehicles are moved into place and existing units are moved to different duties in a bio-secure condition or exit the fleet
- Advising drivers on accident claim procedures with MPI and working with them to get repairs completed
- Following up on claims issues with MPI and closing off MPI claims on written off units
- Other tasks assigned
