Previous experience working with MS Dynamics GP is considered an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Health Management, Management Information Systems an asset. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Certification/Licensure/Registration Enrollment in a relevant certification program is considered an asset (such as SCMP, APICS, CIM, CPIM). Qualifications and Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Email. Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG). Knowledge of Safe Work practices and familiarity with Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulations. Demonstrated ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a fast paced and changing environment. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional working relationships. Demonstrated effective collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team as well as independently. Given the cultural diversity of our region, the ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population is required. Proficiency of both official languages is essential for target and designated bilingual positions. Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality including paper, electronic formats and other mediums. Good work and attendance record. Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, an all‑purpose insured vehicle and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000. Physical Requirements Demonstrated ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job including occasional lifting of up to 50lbs. May be required to work in a variety of temperatures including excessive heat or cold. No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. May work evenings and weekends as necessary. Will be required to travel to other facilities as required. This term position may end earlier as outlined in your collective agreement.
