**What we're looking for**

Juillet Cafe is home to a group of avid coffee lovers who are passionate about creating a bigger meaning and culture behind the simple cup of coffee. We believe in strong teamwork that allows us to become a welcoming place of warmth and comfort for every single person visiting our cafe. Although we are not yet a world-wide influencing cafe, we believe in impacting our local community one sip of coffee at a time

We are looking for a baker that will play a key role in assisting the Lead Baker, and helping produce in-house baked goods provided by Juillet Cafe. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the lead baker and be able to develop or help create new menu items as inspired.

**What we're looking for**:

- Collaborate with the lead baker and director to draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce based on business needs
- Produce the necessary quantities of pastries and food based on the production schedule
- Packaging all items to be presentable for catering services/distributors and wholesale buyers
- Provide a report of items created and manage bakers inventory to ensure supplies are stocked and readily available as needed for the manager
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast pace environment

**Requirement**:

- Foodsafe Certified (at least 1 month after employment)
- Flexibility to be scheduled throughout the weekday (10-20 hours per week)
- Previous experience with baking either on a personal or commercial level
- Able to speak english and communicate efficiently

**What would be nice to have**:

- Experience working in cafe settings
- Understanding and Speaking Korean

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
