ADP is positioned as a one of the leaders in the global payroll market by unifying multi-countries payrolls in one platform and the Product Enablement team is responsible for driving the strategy and operational/organizational changes to successfully launch it in the Canadian market. Reporting to the **VP, Product Enablement and Business Transformation**, the **Product Enablement Consultant, Celergo** will play a key role in ensuring the successful launch of the product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business partners and Product Management to define the product roadmap.
- Provide analysis and data driven insights to support roadmap prioritization.
- Manage release of new features and lead org. readiness activities.
- Develop end-to-end client engagement and operational processes from sales to support models.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency and client/associate experience.
- Support go-to-market strategy, planning and execution.
- Collect feedback and drive product/process changes to improve client and associate experience.
- Provide analytical, operational, and administrative support, as needed, to drive the product from pilot phase to general availability.

**Skills**:

- Strategic, out of the box critical thinker, problem solver.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Office Skills (PowerPoint/Excel) required.
- Advanced data modeling/analysis - VBA, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python knowledge will be an asset.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing operational processes and driving efficiency.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of Management Consulting, Product Management or equivalent operational experience at a large tech organization.
- HCM or payroll industry experience is an asset.
- BSc in Business, Technology or related degree. MBA preferred.
