THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Journeyperson to support our growing special projects and construction division.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS+ SKILLS
- 306A Plumbing License.
- Solid understanding of plumbing and building codes.
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean Drivers Abstract.
- Vast knowledge and experience using plumbing trade tools and equipment.
- Experience with hydronic system installation, boiler retrofits and with drainage and riser systems.
- Solid commitment to, safety, quality, and client-focused service.
- Strong verbal communication skills; good written skills, well organized and detail oriented.
- Experience with the installation of gas piping and associated accessories would be considered an asset.
- Gas Fitter License (G1-G2 would be considered an asset)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and building specifications, and project plans.
- Analyze problems and proactively identify client-focused solutions.
- Follow health and safety standards and comply with regulatory building codes.
- Participate in regular training and team meetings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality and integrated client care.
- Contribute positively to the ongoing development and growth of Cynergy Mechanical.
