**Responsibilities**:

- Define, create and execute the Partner marketing plan focused on driving growth through existing partners and acquisition of new partners
- Own the planning, implementation, and launch of all partner marketing campaigns & initiatives across multiple channels
- Plan and organize partner-dedicated virtual events (webinars, podcasts) and provide the marketing support required for live events
- Plan and execute on co-branded campaigns with technology and integration partners
- Provide support in creating new & innovative programs to drive both partner referrals and new partner sign-ups
- Work closely with the Sales and Partnership teams to develop and iterate marketing playbooks, partnership strategies, and tools to drive new business with and through our partners
- Develop content, communication strategies, and resources in support of our Partner Marketing program
- Identify and evangelize opportunities for strategic partners to participate in thought-leadership, brand building, and demand generation programs and initiatives
- Measure and analyze KPIs to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of partner marketing programs and campaigns
- Liaise between internal teams to ensure a seamless execution of partner marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in partner/channel marketing, bonus points for partner marketing experience within the financial services/fintech space
- Demonstrated experience developing positioning, messaging and partner growth marketing strategies
- Previous experience with content development, copywriting, branding and event planning is valuable
- An understanding of social media and public relations as it pertains to partner marketing initiatives
- Stellar communication, project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to details in a fast-paced environment***
- Data-driven approach to continuously measure and evaluate impact and value, and eager to be willing to iterate programs as they grow
- Track record of being a trusted collaborator, demonstrated ability to interact clearly and concisely with external partners, and internal teams
- A creative mindset - you are able to 'think outside the box' when it comes to creating content and copy
- The ability to take initiative and ownership of a process from start-to-finish in a results-driven environment
