Oakville, Canada Signature Property Management Full time

**SUMMARY**
- Looking to hire a junior part-time property manager for a prestigious Residential Condominium located in Oakville
- Position: Junior Property Manager, Limited Licensee
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (20 hours/week) *hours are flexible
- Start date: immediately

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a front-line contact for 90 residents
- Provide administrative support for off-site Senior Property Manager
- Preparation of general correspondence including notices and memos for unit owners
- Respond to general day-to-day inquiries from unit owners and redirect specific issues to the Senior Property Manager for action and resolution
- Perform general administrative duties, which include maintaining filing systems, answering incoming calls, ordering supplies, placing work orders, collecting CAM fees, organizing amenity reservations
- Perform site inspections
- Supervise and work with on-site superintendent and cleaner
- Meet with suppliers/contractors as required
- Assist in handling emergency situations
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must hold at least a Limited License as an Ontario Condominium Manager (OLCM-L) or be currently registered with the CMRAO to complete the Excellence in Condominium Management Course
- Experience an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written correspondence
- Professional courtesy in dealing with residents and other individuals
- Exceptional problem solving and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
