**Job Description** THE POSITION**:
The Manager, HEOR will lead multi-disciplinary research teams and provide HEOR expertise and strategic leadership at all stages of projects from planning to communication.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**Project-related**
- Execute projects that exceed client expectations while remaining on time and on budget
- Determine and manage project scope, timelines, budget for several competing projects
- Develop and review materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and conformity to EVERSANA standards
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
- Lead and support a wide range or projects (e.g., targeted or systematic literature reviews, health economic modeling, evidence synthesis, reimbursement submissions, evidence generation plans, manuscripts, etc.)

**Methodological-related**
- Provide leadership to ensure projects are underpinned by strong and defendable HEOR concepts and methods
- Ensure projects adhere to high standards of pharmacoeconomic analysis and health technology assessment

**Client-related**
- Build relationships with clients that result in ongoing business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Identify and communicate opportunities for future collaborations

**Company-related**
- Develop proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Promote a positive and energetic work environment through healthy and effective communication, a strong work ethic, and professional conduct
- Identify and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Contribute to decisions regarding company direction and growth, staffing of projects, and project workload
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

**PEOPLE LEADER**

People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values. In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities:_ _
- Develop and communicate company policies and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate and participate in team-based and independent training
- Provide mentorship, guidance to junior staff

**EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB**:

- ** Travel**:Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
- ** Hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines

Education**: MSc in a Life Science discipline, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related field
- ** Experience and/or Training**:

- A minimum of three (3) years’ direct work experience in health economics, health technology assessment, or a related field
