**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, this position ensures the smooth execution, coordination, and training of marketing initiatives across SIGA Casinos. This role supports the strategic objectives of the Marketing Operations team by managing day-to-day operational tasks, maintain campaign timelines, tracking performance metrics, and providing training on marketing tools and processes. The Marketing Operations Specialist position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities Include**: Coordinating, training and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery. Developing and delivering training programs on marketing tools, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent execution across marketing teams. Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Ensuring all marketing materials meet SIGA’s quality standards by conducting regular quality assurance checks. Providing operational support to resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment. You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace. SIGA adheres to all occupational health and safety regulations and makes every effort to limit the adverse effects of these elements.

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**
- Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing.
- Advanced certification in Agile Marketing or Digital Marketing is considered an asset. Certification in Project Management is considered an asset.

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years’ marketing operations experience, with a focus on large-scale campaign management, managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience within the casino, entertainment, or hospitality industries is preferred.
