We are seeking a talented and driven **Marketing Specialist** who can independently lead our marketing efforts while working collaboratively with the owners and our graphic designer. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing & Branding**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the luxury drinks market based on a brand audit and competitor review.
- Build and maintain our brand’s identity, ensuring alignment with the luxury image of our products.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.

**Content Creation & Social Media Management
- 20%**
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring all content reflects our luxury ethos.
- Plan and create engaging content in collaboration with the graphic designer, including visuals, copy, and storytelling.

**Events, Trade Shows & Public Relations**
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, luxury events, and tastings worldwide.
- Collaborate with the owners to identify and prepare for speaking engagements and industry panels.
- Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the luxury and drinks sectors to generate press coverage and partnerships.

**Digital & Traditional Marketing**
- Oversee website updates to ensure consistency with brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Develop advertising campaigns (digital and print) targeting high-end markets and distribution channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

**Partnerships & Client Engagement**
- Foster partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands, distributors, and industry leaders to expand our market reach.
- Assist with co-branded opportunities, including limited-edition products and collaborations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 8+ years in marketing, with proven expertise in the luxury market and/or drinks industry.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of global luxury trends, the craft spirits industry, and consumer behaviour in high-end markets.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
- Strong project management skills; capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them with finesse, ensuring a luxury appeal.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, and meetings.
- **Passion**: A genuine enthusiasm for whisky, gin, and the craft spirits industry.
