**Job Summary**
Victory Interiors is looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented Summer Design & Staging Assistant** to join our energetic team for the busy summer season. This role is perfect for students or emerging designers looking to gain hands-on experience in interior design, home staging, and project coordination. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same — from styling luxury homes to prepping moodboards in the studio.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Support designers with sourcing, packing, and staging for homes across the Lower Mainland
- Help create design concepts, moodboards, and furniture layouts
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the showroom, inventory, and materials
- Join site visits, installations, and takedowns — lifting and moving furniture when needed
- Coordinate deliveries and help with logistics and scheduling
- Communicate with team members and suppliers to keep projects on track
- Stay organized and ready to adapt to changing tasks and fast-moving deadlines

**What We’re Looking For**
- A student or recent graduate in **Interior Design, or a related field**:

- Passion for design, decor, and styling (with an eye for detail and aesthetics)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD, Canva,** or other design tools is a plus
- A valid **driver’s license and access to a vehicle**:

- Physically able to assist with installations (carrying boxes, placing decor, etc.)
- Punctual, proactive, and a true team player
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bonus: You love Pinterest, coffee, and creating beautiful moments
