Decades of industry knowledge and experience in promoting, venue management, ticketing, marketing, media relations and artist representation allows AdmitONE to deliver positive, shareable experiences when discovering and purchasing tickets.

Reporting directly to the Ticketing Manager, the Box Office Representative will provide on site support to AdmitONE clients and venues in execution of events from a Box Office perspective.

**The Role**
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities at the Box Office with a strong commitment to superior customer service
- Provide support and assistance to the Manager, Client Services in all areas of Box Office and ticketing operations including ticket processing using AdmitONE
- Work from The Vogue Theatre and Biltmore Cabaret for in-person ticket sales and answering guest questions about AdmitONE and our venues
- Work at Offsite venues to sell or issue event tickets
- Inventory Management (releasing holds, processing paid and comp sales)
- Communicate with both venue and production managers pre-show to ensure all event information is received and understood
- Some travel within Vancouver may be required from time to time
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Our shows and events take place in the evenings, during weekends and on holidays. As a result, flexibility to work these shifts is required
- While this role will be located primarily at the The Vogue Theatre and Biltmore Cabaret, flexibility to work the box office at other various venues throughout may be required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail

**Terms & Expectations**

Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required.
