**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive **Clinic Coordinator** to join our team. The Clinic Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Support dietitians and management with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, welcoming, and well-organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare, clinic, or customer service setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
