**Clinical Packaging Coordinator**
Responsible for the preparation, coordination and review of packaging and labeling documentation for the clinical supplies business, ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations (Good Manufacturing Practices - GMPs, Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs, etc.)
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Accurately prepare, organize and review all packaging documentation in a timely manner, ensuring that it is of the highest quality and compliant with GMPs and SOPs, to ensure a smooth and accurate packaging operation
- Provide clear and concise instructions/direction to the packaging team and agency staff on protocol specific packaging procedures
- Creating and maintaining reports for various tracking purposes (ie. Description of packaging operation, time needed to complete, etc).
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of safe working practices with respect to operation of packaging equipment
- Effectively communicate project status to management and co-workers, identifying problems in a timely manner with suggested solutions.
**Qualifications**
- College/Technical School Diploma in a health-related discipline or combination of experience and related education.
- 2-5 years previous pharmaceutical packaging/labelling experience, preferably in clinical supplies.
- sound knowledge of GMPs, SOPs and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet.
- **Experience drafting GMP documents**
