**Position**:Customer Service Representative

**Location**:Vaughan, ON

**Type of Employment**:Full-Time - Monday to Friday

What to Expect

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take incoming customer service calls and pick up calls
- Respond to customer inquires within 20 minutes
- Manage customer service accounts
- Advise customers of delays i.e. weather delays, undeliverable shipments
- Check messages left in CS mailbox and return clients calls
- Relieve receptionist from breaks/lunches and vacations
- Any additional duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
