As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, managing vendor relationships, overseeing inventory planning, and handling product orders. This position is integral to ensuring seamless business operations and maintaining a positive customer service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to address inquiries.
- Conduct accurate and timely inventory counts.
- Manage product orders and quotes.
- Collaborate with suppliers, executing follow-ups on pricing policies.
- Ensure internal updates on systems (e-commerce platform, Shopify, and accounting system, QuickBooks).
- Support the business development team with internal requests.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma degree preferably in business.
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred knowledge of Shopify and QuickBooks platforms.
- Must be self-motivated and goal driven.
- Positive attitude and a “can do” approach to customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.
- Highly skilled in learning on the job and continuously learning.
- May require weekend events or retail store openings.
