**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
- The purpose of this position is to effectively coordinate the Company’s requisitioning, transport, inventory receipt, and movement relative to all equipment sales and rentals. To provide sales support to Territory Managers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION**
- In liaison with sales and Factory Representatives and/or receipt of a sales contract, requisitions equipment and relative attachments from manufacturer or determines if suitable equipment is in Company inventory
- Prepares purchase order and/or inputs applicable movement of inventory into system along with proper codes and prices; creates tag numbers and records a detailed description of each unit, upon receipt of factory invoices
- Liaises with sales personnel / institutional lender(s) / customers, with respect to any credit requirements
- Records all sales, rentals and associated costs on a ‘flash’ reconciliation; prepares a cost work sheet on each sale, summarizing all applicable costs and provisions for trade-ins, in order to determine the profit on a particular transaction and the sales commission to be paid
- Prepares detailed commission reports on an individual monthly and accumulative basis; ensuring the provision for the receipt of funds, including warranties and trade-ins prior to disbursement
- Provides general support to Sales representatives, including the distribution of required information relative to equipment status, location, price lists, along with any reports and documentation; distributes literature to customers and orders promotional material, as required
- Performs a variety of general administrative functions, including the answering of telephones directing calls to the appropriate area, general filing and other duties/projects, as required or necessary, including the digitization of equipment files
- Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and Health and safety requirements
- Prior exposure to equipment/supplies distribution processes would be most beneficial
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
