Ecommerce & Amazon Manager

This role owns and supports critical ecommerce channels with a primary focus to drive revenue on Amazon. You will own and execute the growth strategy for Amazon Seller Central across all active marketplaces resulting in increased sales, visibility, and profitability.
You will manage day-to-day execution, platform health, content integrity, and performance while progressively taking on greater responsibility for advertising, and international expansion.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem deeply and can operate across technical, analytical, and creative problem-solving workstreams without supervision.
**What You’ll Do Now**
- Own Amazon Seller Central across all active marketplaces, ensuring listing accuracy, brand integrity, and compliance
- Oversee new product launch strategy, listing optimization & review acquisition to maximize success throughout a product’s life.
- Monitor product and account health and take corrective action quickly and consistently
- Execute and manage promotional pricing, review programs, and consumer-facing initiatives
- Resolve listing violations, compliance issues, and Brand Registry matters across marketplaces
- Coordinate with content, creative, and brand teams to ensure best-in-class presentation
- Manage the relationship with the Amazon advertising agency
- Coordinate with Operations on inbound inventory, storage limits, and fulfillment issues
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reporting
- Partner with Customer Experience to resolve consumer-reported issues efficiently
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand into new Amazon marketplaces or ecommerce platforms
**What You’ll Take On Next**
- Daily PPC management including spend, performance, and optimization
- Keyword research and listing optimization to improve organic ranking and discovery
- Budget and bid management across Amazon ad products
- A/B testing to drive conversion and performance gains
- Create and maintain product listings, A+ content, storefronts, and collection pages
- Market and competitive analysis
- Advertising performance analysis and reporting
- Leveraging data to improve overall ecommerce marketing effectiveness
**Critical Success Outcomes**
- 15% year-over-year revenue growth on Amazon North America
- Significant year-over-year revenue growth on Amazon Europe
- Maintain a minimum Amazon Account Health Rating of 200 across all brands
- Advertising effectiveness and cost control (ACOS/TACOS)
- Month-over-month revenue growth in owned ecommerce channels in year one
**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of hands-on ecommerce management experience
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central required
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using 3rd party tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Seller Legend
- Experience managing or supporting Amazon Advertising campaigns
- Detail-oriented with high execution standards
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Persistent problem-solver who follows issues through to resolution
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly
- Strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally and with external partners
**Nice to Have**
- Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces
- Background in consumer electronics or physical products
- Vendor Central experience
- Direct PPC ownership experience
