As an Amazon Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product listings and properties are driving sales while effectively communicating product information and maintaining strong Account Health metrics. Working cross-functionally, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing product pages/listings, online merchandising, activating promotions, and reporting on results from Amazon and owned websites. This role supports two critical channels for the business and will include technical and analytical aspects as well as creative problem-solving. Applicants should be comfortable learning and using various digital tools including Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, Shopify, MS Excel, Google Analytics, SEMRush and more. The Ecommerce Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. - Some of What You’ll Get to Do_ - Manage content on Amazon and brand websites, ensuring accuracy, brand integrity and organic search performance. - Monitor Amazon product and account health and take corrective action promptly and consistently. - Execute and monitor promotional pricing, coupons, bundles, review acquisition programs such as Vine, Subscribe & Save programs, and other consumer marketing activities. - Address and resolve Amazon listing violations and Brand Registry issues as they occur. - Monitor and address Brand Compliance issues across multiple brands and marketplaces. - Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for Amazon listing optimizations to improve category ranking and organic discovery. - Coordinate with the content, creative and brand teams to ensure that products and brands are effectively presented in each ecommerce channel. - Conduct A/B testing to deliver performance improvements - Create and maintain storefronts, collection pages and product listings and other pages as needed. - Merchandise storefronts and websites as per the marketing calendar. - Ensure pricing strategies are consistently implemented across all channels. - Coordinate with Supply Chain to resolve any issues with inbound product orders and storage capacity. - Track KPIs and produce regular reports on channel performance. - Conduct competitive research to understand market landscape and identify opportunities to improve performance. - Leverage data to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts. - Coordinate with the Customer Experience to ensure consumer-reported issues are resolved promptly. **Critical Success Factors/Outcomes** - 20% year over year revenue growth in Amazon channel - Maintain a minimum 200 Amazon Account Health rating on all brands - Improved search rankings for product listings on Amazon - 10% year over year growth in Amazon storefront sales - Month-over-month revenue growth in owned ecommerce channel for year 1, to be determined by brand. - Incremental improvement in conversion rates on existing listings and pages **Your Competencies**: - A Team Player - You see the value in every task and how you fit into the bigger picture. - Detail-Oriented - You are thorough and focused on getting the details right. - Dependable - You’re able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis. - Motivated to Learn - You love learning and gaining new proficiencies. - Organized - You can balance various tasks simultaneously while remaining organized, detail oriented and on schedule.
