You’ll provide hands-on technical leadership—driving architecture and design decisions, leading deep dives into complex systems, and ensuring engineering excellence across the full software development lifecycle. You’ll also own delivery, prioritization, and risk management to ensure reliable outcomes at scale. Compensation & Role Type This is a full-time professional leadership role based in Vancouver, BC. The listed base salary range is $171,400 – $286,200 CAD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
