**The front of house team**has an integral role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client, in a ‘hotel concierge’ style of approach. To ‘meet and greet’ and make the client feel comfortable.
The team are responsible for managing the booking and billing life cycles, and assisting both clients and practitioners with administration support, as well as keeping the clinic running efficiently.

**Agile Integrated Health**provides a variety of health services, such as physiotherapy, RMT massage, Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Pilates, Personal training and Holistic nutrition across two clinics in Victoria. The practitioners within the clinics work closely together to provide a truly integrated experience for our clients. Sharing knowledge and information in order to best treat each individual.

Agile believes in treating the condition and identifying the root cause of the injury, as opposed to just treating the pain and related symptoms, in order to provide the client with the most effective long-term solutions.

Front of House receptionist jobs include, but is not limited to:

- Greeting clients and checking in and out
- Arranging and rescheduling appointments
- Maximising the efficiency of the practitioners clinical time through careful scheduling
- Assisting practitioners with scheduling and calendar changes
- Liaise between clients and practitioners
- Taking payments and processing client insurance
- Reconciliation of insurance payments
- Document management
- Daily laundry including washing and folding
- Ensure a clean and safe environment is being maintained
- Perform daily cleaning tasks
- Management of ICBC and WBC treatment plans
- Liaising with insurance companies
- Stock taking and ordering
- Establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with practitioners and clients
- Fulfil opening and/or closing duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
