**How You'll Perform the Role**
- Ensure that the spare parts inventory is maintained at the required level
- Coordinate with the respective departments and/or personnel to identify and select spare parts.
- Obtain quotes for parts from vendors
- Coordinate with Purchasing to order spare parts and non-inventory items
- Enter requisitions in the inventory system and coordinate with Maintenance team to validate usage of spare parts
- Receive, verify, and enter spare parts in the inventory database
- Ensure that repaired spare parts are tested and verified before placing in inventory.
- Issue spare parts against work orders and maintain the information in the CMS system.
- Operate industrial lifting and moving devices in order to handle heavier / larger spare parts (note: training on lifting and moving devices will be provided where required)
- Maintain the Spare Parts storage area including labeling of spare parts, allocating designated storage for specific parts and proper housekeeping
- Conduct regular checks of consumables inventory (cycle counts)
- Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing equipment for repair
- Communicate with suppliers for delivery and product quality
- Perform physical count of spare parts and generate/evaluate reports for further actions
- When required, receive, and direct external contractors and verify the proper execution of contracted services in terms of safety, quality, and timeliness
- Diligently follow lockout / tag out procedures whenever required
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units
- Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company
**What We Need From You**
- Minimum high school diploma, technical diploma is preferred
- 1-2 years in similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Lift and move product / parts / boxes when required
- Clear understanding of sizes, graduation in metric and us systems
- Able to operate overhead crane and forklift (training to be provided by the Company)
- Knowledge of computerized inventory software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
