Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

After working together for over 12 years our Head Chef is moving on to new adventures. We are looking for a passionate chef to fill his shoes.

Chadwick’s is a beloved local gem known for its warm atmosphere, delicious food, and commitment to quality. We take pride in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that bring people together. Our restaurant is a place where customers feel at home, and we’re looking for a Head Chef who shares our passion for great food and community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes
- Develop and execute a seasonal menu featuring fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient operations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and special events

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
