General Labourer/assembler

We believe in a good work / life balance and offer a four (4) day work schedule, Monday to Thursday only, 10 hour shifts. Some weekend overtime work may be required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various tasks to assist manufacturing needs and customer sites as needed
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools
- cut, grind and prepare parts for mass manufacturing
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
