**Job Title: General Labourer / Property Maintenance Technician**

Repin Inc. is a growing property management and renovation company looking for a reliable and skilled General Labourer to join our team. If you enjoy variety, tackling new challenges every day, and making a tangible difference in people’s living spaces, this is the role for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform a wide range of maintenance repairs in tenanted apartments, including fixing ripped window and door screens, addressing basic plumbing issues (leaky faucets, clogged toilets), replacing light fixtures, and other general handyman tasks.
- Provide exceptional service to tenants, entering homes respectfully and professionally to complete repairs efficiently.
- Assist our renovation crew on larger projects, such as installing flooring, hanging drywall, assembling and installing cabinets, painting, and demolition.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, and properly care for tools and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and help maintain our properties to a high standard.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or construction.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical (bulbs, fixtures), and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous manner with tenants and colleagues.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a basic set of hand tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
