Greater Sudbury, Canada Diesel Electric Services Full time

**Diesel Electric Services,** a division of The Mansour Group, is looking for a **General Labourer**. They are responsible for performing various duties in the shop. Some duties may include performing preventative and scheduled maintenance, materials handling, and product assemblies. This person must demonstrate a good commitment to quality and team work while being a safety-conscious person.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Follows and complies with all government legislation and company policies & procedures.
- Participates in all pre-job hazard assessments and inspections prior to commencing any job.
- Safely operate equipment in municipal and industrial settings.
- Assist in maintaining shop and maintenance records.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must be able to pass all required training, background check, and drug & alcohol testing.
- Safety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial setting.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Sound problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- **Forklift or Loader Operator Certification and asset.**:

- Powered hand tools and Pneumatic tool operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Basic Computer Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
